Often we witness churches that fail in ministry. The failure is not due to lack of effort or energy, but simply due to a lack of knowledge regarding effective ministry. The Regional Training program will thoroughly equip our connected churches for effective ministry. Bishop Long is thoroughly convinced that it is his obligation to pass on to his sons and daughters all that he has learned. a. This annual retreat for Senior Pastors and who have submitted to the leadership and vision of Bishop Long is a time to refresh, retool and refocus. It's also a time to receive spiritual guidance from Bishop Long, information from the leaders and directors of The Father's House and additional training in various ministry areas.
